Dance meditation & sound healing

I would like to welcome you on a journey back to the essence of you.

The journey:

19.00ish (The doors open at 18.45): Drop in to the opening room of silence. Have a sip of tea, pull an oracle card, pick your gifted book for journaling.

19.15ish: Opening welcome circle.

19.30ish: The music starts. Guided movement, gradually letting go and connecting to yourself.

20 - 21ish: Intuitive dance, somatic self-release, express yourself through many different emotions. Lyrical, flow, chaotic, ancestral, ecstatic etc.

21 - 21.30ish: Meditative soundhealing accompanied with live channeled lightlanguage healing.

21.30 - 22ish: Closing tea- ceremony, journaling and maybe sharing your journey with others. If you want to.

Practical:

Please show up sober/no drugs, leave your phone in your jacket, take off your shoes. You will receive a book for journaling. You get to take it home with you. This is a gift. Yoga mats and blankets are provided. Maybe bring a pillow for extra softness. The journey will be held in English. But also Danish if needed. No talk during dancing.

About the spaceholder:

Sia Sophia Schjerning - is your dj and spaceholder for the evening. She has a background in literature, poetry scenes and teaching. She has always been a dancer and traveled around the world for music for ascension where esoteric knowledge/connection was integrated in the process. As lightlanguage landed into her field 2 years ago she knew she had to bring forward. She is new to facilitating events like this, but experienced in holding space as a teacher. Guiding you forward into knowing how capable you are and how much light you hold. We grow together.
