Workshop // Theatrical Breakin' m. Iron Skulls Co

A working space to share the foundations of Iron Skulls Co., focused on the evolution of Breakin’ into the theatrical world.

This edition draws inspiration from the creative universe of the piece Mirar, exploring improvisation and composition.

Nia Torres

Versatile urban and contemporary dance artist trained in Los Angeles, Rome, Paris and Barcelona. Her multidisciplinary style blends floorwork, acrobatics, urban dance and dance‑theatre, rooted in experimentation and body awareness. Artistic director of Nisham Company (est. 2021), she’s performed in Quito (A Cielo Abierto 2022), featured in the 2023 Victoria’s Secret campaign, and now joins Iron Skulls Co. and Mirar. Her approach channels perception into expressive movement.

 

Gustavo “Deku” Rojas

A dancer, performer, and teacher from Buenos Aires, living in Barcelona, ​​specializing in hip hop, freestyle, contemporary dance, and breaking. With over a decade of experience, he has taught classes in Argentina and Europe, participated in the “Argentum” show at the G20 summit, and toured with Iron Skulls Co. His art fuses the roots of hip hop with theatrical and contemporary movements, reflecting the insightful perspective of play as a driving force of creation applied to his piece Mirar.
