Book Club Tryout and Bubbles

Spend an evening in the company of stories and fellow readers. This event is for anyone curious about literature and looking for new inspiration, whether you are an experienced reader or simply interested in trying out a book club setting.

The evening begins with presentations by librarians and staff, who will introduce a curated selection of books across different genres and countries. It is a chance to discover new titles and authors that you can explore further on your own.

After a short break with bubbles and snacks, you are invited to take part in a book club session. Ahead of the event, you will receive an e-book version of a Danish short story in English translation by a well-known classic author. During the session, the group will discuss the text together in an open and welcoming atmosphere.

• Thursday 28th of May at 7 pm until 8.30 pm
• Location: Øbro Jagtvej Library
• Ticket price 35 kr, which includes bubbles and snacks!
• You will receive a short story in advance to read before attending
• Suitable for anyone interested in literature, regardless of prior book club experience
