The Lonely Soldier Monologues, together with poetess Pernille Tolou lsedora Johansson, will guide us through an unforgettable evening, celebrating the power of women in bridging divides, raising awareness, and fostering compassion.

4:00 - Opening Speech & Introduction to the Anna Lindh Foundation and its mission
4:30 - Poetry Performance: Pernille Tolou lsedora Johansson will perform a series of poems reflecting themes of empowerment, gender equality, and women’s experiences.
5:00 - The Lonely Soldier Monologues: A performance based on The Lonely Soldier: The Private War of Women Serving in Iraq. The monologues will give insight into the personal experiences and struggles of female soldiers in war.
6:30 - Open Discussion with the Actors
6:50 - Poetry Performance: A second round of poetry, reflecting the power of women's voices in different contexts.
7:05 - Networking & Refreshments
7:50 - Closing Remarks.
