Creative writing workshop: The Writer, The Slacker, & The Inner Critic
About the workshop
In this dynamic, cross-genre writing workshop we will explore how to jumpstart our writing, how to tap into the creative voice that brings us to the page, and how to deal with that bothersome voice of doubt that I call The Inner Critic. We will discuss various ways to keep a sense of play and exploration alive in our writing, and we'll look at the benefits of literary experiments, the art of taking risks, and explore the "big projects" we've been longing to tackle and how to bring them to the page successfully.
Participants should bring pen and paper or a laptop as we'll do a lot of writing together.
All genres and levels of experience welcomed.
The workshop will be conducted in English.
