Nu kan du efter en dejlig lang sommer på bæredygtig vis vende tilbage til skolen, arbejdet, stamcafeen eller bridgekvartetten med stil, når Low Impact Posse og Kvarterhuset inviterer til årets sidste tøjbyttedag.

Her kan du finde både drømmeoutfittet til den nye sæson og inspiration til en mere grøn garderobe - måske, du selv har noget tøj i gemmerne, du gerne vil smide i puljen! Det hele finder sted d. 29. august i Glassalen.

TØJBYTTEDAGE I KVARTERHUSET MED LOW IMPACT POSSE
I 2026 åbner vi Kvarterhusets døre for et hyggeligt og trygt rum i den grønne sags tjeneste. Til et tøjbytte-arrangement deler vi vores store, kollektive klædeskab. I stedet for at bruge penge, bytter vi. I stedet for at købe nyt, bruger vi alt det tøj, der allerede er blevet lavet og solgt.

Low Impact Posses tøjbyttearrangementer fokuser på menneskers behov fremfor deres købekraft. Derfor må du gerne tage en hel pose tøj uden at give noget, ligesom du kan aflevere halvdelen af dit klædeskab og gå tomhændet hjem; Det her er ikke en butik, men et ALTERNATIV til en butik.

GOD STIL
- Tag hvad du vil have, giv hvad du har lyst til (intet salg)
- "Mennesker har køn, det har tøj ikke" (ingen herre- og dameafdeling)
- Først til mølle, men udvis god stil og giv alle plads til at kigge omkring dig.
- Hjælp til med at holde rummet pænt og ordenligt - sorter det tøj du afleverer i de opstillede kategorier og læg ting du ikke tager med dig hjem tilbage, når du har prøvet dem.
- Kropspositivt og inkluderende rum - vær sød ved dig selv og andre i dit sprog og opførsel, så rummet er rart at være i for alle (kroppe). Det betyder selvfølgelig også ingen homofobi, transfobi, racisme, ableisme, sexisme eller tykfobi.

OM LOW IMPACT POSSE
Low Impact Posse er et fællesskab for folk, der deler et håb om en mere bæredygtig verden. Gruppen Low Impact Posse findes på Facebook, hvor brugerne debatterer, mødes og deler alt der relaterer sig til grøn livsstil og klima.

Til Low Impact Posses events gør vi os umage for at skabe trygge og rare rum, der kan fungere som alternativer til rum, der kredser om samfundsnormer, udveksling af penge eller indtagelse af rusmidler.

Overskydende tøj vil løbende blive doneret til genbrugsbutikken, tilknyttet Kofoed Skole, en lokal juvel der hjælper socialt udsatte mennesker i hele København.
Rummet er tilgængeligt med kørestol.

Few things could beat that feeling of walking into the classroom for a new school year; pencil sharpened, nose tip tan and all those familiar faces - offset with just the right set of new threads!

After a nice, long summer you can make a stylish and sustainable return to school, work, your favourite café or bridge quartet when Low Impact Posse and Kvarterhuset invites you to the last clothes swap of the year.

Here you can find the perfect outfit for the new season and inspiration for a more mindful wardrobe - perhaps you can find some clothes in the vaults, you would like to donate to the pool! It’s all taking place in Glassalen on the 29th of August.

CLOTHES SWAPS AT KVARTERHUSET WITH LOW IMPACT POSSE
In 2026 Kvarterhuset opens up its doors to a cozy and safe space celebrating sustainable ways of living. At a clothing swap we share our big, common wardrobe. Instead of spending money, we swap. Instead of buying from new, we make use of all the clothes that have already been produced and sold.

Low Impact Posse’s clothing swaps put an emphasis on people’s individual needs over their spending power. This means that you are allowed to take an entire bag of clothes without giving anything, in the same vein, you can give away half your wardrobe and leave with nothing; This is not a store, but an ALTERNATIVE to a store!

BE NICE - BE COOL
- Take what you please, give what you want to (no selling of clothes)
- “People have genders, clothes do not” (no men’s and women’s section)
- First come, first served, but be nice and give space for everyone around you to access the racks
- Please help us keep the room looking nice - sort your donations by the assorted categories and put things back after trying them on if you are not bringing them home.
- Body positive and inclusive space - be nice to yourself and others through your language and actions so the space is nice to be in for everybody/every body. This of course also means no homophobia, transphobia, racism, ableism, sexism or fat phobia.

ABOUT LOW IMPACT POSSE
Low Impact Posse is a community for people who share a hope of a more sustainable world. The open group Low Impact Posse is on Facebook where its users debate, meet and share everything related to an eco lifestyle and climate issues.

At events hosted by Low Impact Posse we make an effort to create safe and nice spaces that can work as an alternative to spaces, centred on social norms, spending money or consuming alcohol/drugs.

Clothes leftover from the event will be donated to the thrift shop connected to Kofoed Skole, a local gem supporting vulnerable and marginalised people all over Copenhagen.
The Space is wheelchair accessible.
