Food For Thought: Tobias Bornakke

Tobias Bornakke Bramsen is a co-founder of Analyse & Tal, a consultancy committed to democratic ownership, a technology expert, and chair of the multibillion-kroner pension fund AkademikerPension.

In 2025, Tobias left the consultancy and his work as a tech expert to become principal of Grundtvigs Højskole. At Food for Thought, Tobias will share what led him to change direction and why, nearly 250 years after Grundtvig’s birth, he believes the højskole still offers something essential and unique: time and community to explore who we are, how we live together, and how we sustain a democratic society from the ground up.
